Everyday Sushi

Step into the classroom for a hands-on sushi-making class designed to celebrate fresh flavor and technique. 

We’ll begin by learning how to roll three classic sushi favorites: a shrimp tempura roll with crunch and balance, an eel and cucumber roll with a savory-sweet glaze, and a spicy tuna roll with just the right kick.

Once the sushi is ready, we’ll prepare warm edamame and a crisp salad with housemade carrot-ginger dressing to round out the meal. For dessert, we’ll finish with sesame balls—crispy on the outside and filled with sweet red bean.

At the end of class, we’ll sit down together and enjoy everything we’ve made.

No prior sushi experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an appetite.

CANCELLATION POLICY

BG will issue a full refund or credit towards another class of your choice if we are required to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. For a half refund, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your class. If you're required to cancel within 72 hours of class time, no refund or ticket transfer will be issued.
